The Steering Committee is made up of Officers (4) and Members-At-Large (4). Officers serve a two year term and Members-At-Large serve a one year term. At the annual meeting which will be held in June, the Chairperson should have an operational report, including the annual compilation of the finances done by an outside audit firm, for presentation to Intergroup.
Qualifications
To serve as an Intergroup Officer you must have at least 5 years of sobriety and either one year of prior or six months of current service to Intergroup
(Service to Intergroup is defined as being either a Intergroup Rep, Alternate or Intergroup Committee Chairperson).
To serve as an Member-At-Large you must have at least 3 years of sobriety and either one year of prior or six months of current service to Intergroup
(Service to Intergroup is define as being either a Intergroup Rep, Alternate or Intergroup Committee Chairperson).
The Chairperson shall preside at the monthly meetings and will have the responsibility for the annual Anniversary Dinner/Meeting in June.
Members of Standing and Special Committees are to be appointed by the Chairperson.
The newly elected Chairperson has the option of reappointing committee members to serve another term.
The Vice-Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson and discharge the duties of the Chairperson during the absence of the Chairperson.

The Secretary will keep a record of all Intergroup and Steering Committee meetings. A file and/or digital archive of these minutes will be maintained at and/or by the Central Office. Each Intergroup Representative will be provided access to a digital copy of the previous month’s Intergroup Meeting minutes at or prior to the regular Intergroup Meeting.
